Over the years, Hamlet has worked across multiple areas of the hospitality and food industry, including fine dining restaurants, hotels, private chef services, and food & beverage consulting.
His culinary foundation combines influences from French, Italian, Mediterranean, and Armenian cuisine - shaped through years of hands-on experience, operational leadership, menu development, and creative direction.
In addition to private dining and meal services, he has contributed to the development of restaurants and hospitality concepts across Europe, Asia, and the United States - helping shape menus, concepts, workflows, and complete culinary identity systems.
