Bookings & Payments | All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

A deposit or full payment may be required to secure a booking. By submitting payment, you authorize Hamlet Margar to charge your selected payment method for the agreed amount, including applicable taxes, service fees, delivery fees, or additional charges. Invoices must be paid within the stated payment terms. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services. For recurring meal prep or subscription-based services, charges may automatically renew based on the selected plan until canceled.

Meal Prep Subscription Services | Certain meal prep services may operate as recurring weekly or scheduled subscriptions.

By subscribing to recurring meal services, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan and delivery schedule. You may pause, skip, modify, or cancel recurring meal services by contacting us before the stated weekly cutoff time communicated during booking or onboarding. Due to ingredient sourcing, kitchen preparation, and scheduling requirements, orders already in production or delivery may not be refundable or cancelable. We reserve the right to modify menus, ingredients, delivery schedules, packaging, or pricing at any time.

Cancellation & Refund Policy - Private Chef & Event Services | Deposits for private events, chef experiences, and custom bookings are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a client cancels within a short timeframe before the scheduled event date, additional cancellation fees may apply due to food purchasing, staffing, preparation, and scheduling commitments. If Hamlet Margar must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, liability shall be limited to refunding amounts already paid.

Cancellation & Refund Policy - Meal Prep & Delivery Services | Because food products are perishable, refunds are generally not provided after meals have been prepared, delivered, or picked up. If there is an issue with your order, including damaged or incorrect items, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Approved refunds, credits, or replacements are granted solely at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

Delivery Terms | Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring safe access for deliveries.

Hamlet Margar is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, carrier delays, restricted access buildings, natural disasters, or events beyond reasonable control.

Once a delivery has been completed to the provided address or designated drop-off location, responsibility transfers to the client.

Food Allergies & Health Disclaimer | Clients are responsible for informing us of all allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions before placing orders or booking services.

While we take precautions regarding food preparation and sanitation, meals may be prepared in kitchens that process common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, shellfish, eggs, and other ingredients. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
